Acceptable Use Policy

1. Your content and rights

You may only upload or generate content that you own or have the right to use. If a real person appears in your image or video, you confirm that you have their consent to create and publish that content. You are solely responsible for the material you upload and the videos you create; Video AI Easy is a supporting tool only.

2. Prohibited uses

You must not use the service to create, upload or distribute:

• Face-swaps or deepfakes of real people without their consent, or media that impersonates a real person, brand or organisation to deceive, defraud or mislead.
• Content depicting public figures or celebrities in a false, defamatory or misleading way, or in any manner that violates their publicity or likeness rights.
• Sexual, pornographic, nude or otherwise NSFW content of any kind, including AI-generated sexual imagery of real or fictional people.
• Any content involving minors in a sexual, exploitative or endangering context.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, or content created to harass, threaten, bully, defame or blackmail a person.
• Content that infringes intellectual property — copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights — of any third party.
• Voice cloning of a real person without consent, or audio made to impersonate a real individual.
• Content that is illegal, violent, hateful or discriminatory, promotes self-harm or terrorism, spreads malware or scams, or amounts to election or health misinformation.

In short: create with images and voices you have the right to use, and do not use the service to imitate or harm real people.

3. Moderation and enforcement

We use automated and manual moderation to detect content that violates this policy. Uploads that our systems flag as unsafe (for example, sexual or abusive imagery) may be blocked automatically. We may remove content, refuse a request, or suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules — without refund of money or credits. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Reporting abuse

If you believe content created with our service infringes your rights or violates this policy, contact us through our support channel with the details. We review reports promptly and take down violating content.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced within the app, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated policy.
