Terms of Service

1. Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each person should use one account with an accurate email so you can receive support and recover your password when needed. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or show signs of fraud.

2. Credits & payment

Credits are the unit used to create videos. You top up via bank transfer and credits are added automatically once the transaction succeeds. Please keep the transfer note unchanged so the system can identify it. Credits that have been topped up are used for the video creation service and are not convertible back into cash, except where required by law. Amounts paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, and credits have a validity period of 90 days from your most recent top-up — see details in the Credit Top-up & Usage Policy.

3. Creating videos & credit refunds

Each video deducts a certain number of credits depending on the model and duration. If video creation fails due to a technical issue, the credits for that video are automatically refunded to your account (a credit refund, not a cash refund).

4. Your content

You are responsible for the images and content you upload, ensuring you have the right to use them and do not infringe the copyright or image rights of others. You bear sole legal responsibility for the content you create; Video AI Easy is merely a supporting tool.

5. Prohibited conduct

To protect the community and comply with the law, using the service to create or distribute the following content is strictly prohibited:

• Content that is pornographic, obscene, 18+, involves child abuse, or sexual exploitation in any form.
• Content that violates Vietnamese law: brutal violence, terrorism, drugs, gambling, weapons, or prohibited goods.
• Deepfakes / impersonation of another person's image, face, or voice without permission; impersonating organizations or individuals for fraudulent purposes.
• Content that infringes copyright, image rights, dignity, or the privacy of others.
• Content that incites hatred, violence, or discrimination, or that distorts information or opposes the state.
• Fraud, distribution of malware, spam, or other harmful conduct.

Violating accounts will be suspended with no refund of money or credits. Violators bear full responsibility before the law.

6. Rights to use videos

Videos you create may be used for commercial purposes such as sales, advertising, affiliate marketing, and social media, provided you comply with the law and the terms of the platforms where they are published.

7. Limitation of liability

We strive to keep the service running stably, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be continuously available, never interrupted, or free of errors — as this also depends on banks and external infrastructure. When an incident causes video creation to fail, you are refunded the credits for that attempt. Beyond these credits, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from service interruptions (for example: delays in your work, or lost business opportunities).

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will announce important changes within the app.
