Credit Top-up & Usage Policy

Please read carefully before topping up. By purchasing credits, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms below.

1. What are credits

Credits are an internal unit used to access video generation, image generation, voiceover and other services on Video AI Easy. Credits are not cash and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, traded or converted back into money, except where required by law.

2. No refunds — please top up only what you need

Money paid to purchase credits is non-refundable in any form, even if you do not use all of it or stop using the service. Therefore, you should consider topping up only as much as you need rather than buying far more than necessary.

Please note the distinction: if a video generation fails due to a technical issue, the credits for that attempt are automatically returned to your account as credits (not as a cash refund) for you to use again.

3. Credit validity period (90 days)

All credits in your account (including topped-up credits and promotional/bonus credits) are valid for 90 days from your most recent top-up. Each time you top up, the validity of your entire balance is extended for another 90 days from that top-up date.

If you make no new top-up transaction within 90 days, any remaining credits will expire and cannot be restored or refunded. The system displays the expiry date right on the Credit Wallet page for you to track.

4. Encouraging regular use

To avoid losing credits to expiry, you should use the service regularly. When an account has been inactive for a long time or credits are about to expire, we may send a reminder notice by email or in the app. We do not deduct as a penalty from your balance — expiry occurs strictly at the 90-day mark stated above.

5. Proper use

Credits may only be used to create lawful content in accordance with the Terms of Use. Accounts showing signs of fraud, promotion abuse or violation of the terms may be locked with no refund of money or credits.

6. Changes to policy & pricing

We may adjust credit pricing, promotional rates or validity periods over time. Any changes will be announced in the app.
